What we do:
At HRH Invest Ltd. we invest our own money in compelling investment opportunities. We are not prescriptive or formulaic and will consider a range of investment opportunities including:
- Management buy outs and buy ins
- Development capital transactions
- Money out transactions
- Minority stakes
- Pre IPO fundings, leading to company flotations
- Direct investment in quoted companies
Our portfolio comprises a mix of each of these investment types.
We like to invest upwards of $1 million of equity in any one transaction, and have sizeable funds at our disposal. Working with our banking contacts, and depending on the nature of the business being acquired, we are able to fund transactions valued at over $50 million each from our own resources.
We believe we can contribute to the development of the businesses in which we invest, and will always take a seat on the Board of each company.
